Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Develops and executes marketing campaigns that support company/niche strategies.
  • Designs, produces, writes marketing collateral and emails that align with branding guidelines.
  • Coordinates the content calendar with marketing team and internal departments.
  • Tracks and follows up on incoming requests, proposals and issues that require action.
  • Executes digital marketing content activities including social media, e-mail blasts and website posts as directed.
  • Prepares marketing activity reports and metrics for measuring program success.

  • Excellent knowledge of Hubspot or similar marketing automation system.
  • CMS experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe InDesign and other Adobe products.

HR Coordinator

Responsibilities

  • Prepares and processes bi-monthly payroll for multiple states.
  • Administers health and welfare plans, including enrollments, changes and terminations.
  • Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions.
  • Performs customer service functions by answering employee requests and questions.
  • Maintains I-9 files and conducts annual I-9 audit.
  • Assists with new hire state reporting and background checks.

Office Coordinator

Help Desk Technician

  • Set up new employee’s PC, phone, and account information.
  • Update, track and maintain equipment inventory.
  • Assist in testing and deployment of new applications and systems.
  • Assist in upgrading and maintaining of desktop and server systems.
  • Phone and in-person contact with firm personnel to support the firm’s technology and support needs.
  • Perform diagnostics and deliver requested and recommended repairs in a timely fashion.

Construction Tax Manager

Responsibilities

  • Ability to perform extensive travel, 30% to 50% of the time, both domestic and international
  • Deal with a variety of audit, compliance, risk and technology issues as it relates to audit reports, consulting engagements and other IT related engagements
  • Work under the supervision of managers and partners on timely completion of IT Assurance and internal control consulting engagements in accordance with Firm Standards
  • Undertake engagement planning, budgeting, and time management, working with clients

Requirements

  • BS/BA in Accounting or Computer Science or relevant technical field (information security coursework is beneficial)

    • Develop successful client relationships

Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field
    • Minimum 3.3 GPA
    • Eligibility to sit for CPA exam upon graduation highly preferred
