Office Closure: Beginning July 2, the Delap office will close for an interior remodel. The remodel project has been in the works for months and will include an updated reception area as well as new and improved conference rooms. The project is scheduled to last a few months, with the office anticipated to reopen sometime around the holidays. We will continue to assist our clients with their accounting and advisory needs during the remodel, and we appreciate your patience and understanding during this renovation process.
Delap has been named a 2020 Top Workplace to work for in Oregon by The Oregonian/OregonLive, ranking #10 on the midsize employers list.
Additionally, Delap was one of 12 employers to also win a special award this year: the Benefits award, for employees' satisfaction with the company's benefits.
"2020 has been a year with numerous challenges, many of them unforeseen. We're honored to be on this year's Top Workplaces list, especially because the judges were our employees," said Earl Pierce, CEO of Delap. "Thank you to our employees. Delap is a 2020 Top Workplace because of your passion, dedication, and talent. A company's culture is nothing without its people. You make Delap a wonderful place to work!
The Top Workplaces awards are based solely on the results of an employee feedback survey administered by Energage, a research firm specializing in organizational health and workplace improvement. The anonymous survey measures 15 drivers of engaged workplace cultures that are critical to an organization's success, including alignment, execution, and connection.
Employers are ranked among groups of similar size to most accurately compare results. Within those size groupings, companies are ranked, and those that score high enough are recognized as Top Workplaces.
Energage determines special award winners based on standout scores on specific survey statements, including, "Our benefits package is better than most in the industry."
“In times of great change, it is more important than ever to maintain a connection among employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “When you give your employees a voice, you come together to navigate challenges and shape your path forward based on real-time insights into what works best for your organization.”
