This marks the fourth consecutive year that Delap has participated in the Healthiest Employers of Oregon assessment, and the firm is thrilled to receive this distinguished acknowledgment. The award aims to celebrate organizations that exhibit innovation and leadership in their comprehensive wellness programs, focusing on critical factors such as leadership involvement, employee needs, and proactive support for overall well-being.
The Healthiest Employers in Oregon assessment, conducted by Healthiest Employers®, utilizes a comprehensive online survey comprising 75 questions based on six key categories: culture and leadership commitment, foundational components, strategic planning, communication and marketing, programming and interventions, and reporting and analysis. Based on the data points derived from the survey, employers are evaluated using the Healthiest Employer Index and ranked within their respective company size groups. The categories, scoring mechanisms, and benchmarking standards were developed in collaboration with esteemed professionals from the academic, medical, wellness, and business communities.
