Lake Oswego, OR (December 14, 2018) – Delap LLP, one of Oregon’s largest local accounting firms, has announced the addition of three new partners to its growing practice: Melissa Burr, Sarah Padfield, and Joe Seifert.
With over 12 years of public accounting experience, Melissa Burr is the tax partner-in-charge of Delap's Professional Services industry practice. Melissa's practice focuses on serving mid-market clients with a concentration in closely-held and family-owned businesses and their owners. Melissa is a co-leader of the firm's coaching team, which is instrumental in the development and mentoring of staff accountants at Delap.
Sarah Padfield joined Delap in 2004 and has spent her entire career with the firm. Sarah is the assurance partner-in-charge of Delap's Manufacturing/Distribution industry practice. Sarah serves a wide array of clients in these industries, while also possessing specialized knowledge in employee benefit plans. Sarah also is a co-leader of the firm's coaching team.
A 10-year veteran of the firm, Joe Seifert is the tax partner-in-charge of Delap's Construction industry tax practice, with a significant concentration in serving both Homebuilder and Automotive clients. As an advisor to each of his clients, Joe guides them through all phases of business planning, tax planning and compliance, and retirement/succession planning.
