If your Oregon business has received a solicitation titled "2018 - Annual Report Instruction Form" or “State Annual Report Renewal Notice,” do not pay the requested processing fee. These solicitations are sent out by out-of-state companies called "Workplace Compliance Services" and “Filing Labor Compliance Services,” not the State of Oregon.

In order to determine if your Annual Report needs to be filed with the State, please visit the Secretary of State website.  The State also mails reminders when Annual Reports are due, along with the Annual Report form if you choose to file via mail. You may also file annual reports is through their online e-filing service.

Please note that official communications or forms from the Secretary of State Corporation Division always include the following:
