Jaimie Fallon

Director of Human Resources | SHRM-SCP

Education: Portland State University, B.S., Psychology

Jaimie brings more than a decade of HR experience to Delap. She designs, develops, and oversees the HR function at the firm. With her degree in psychology, Jaimie brings a unique perspective and an appreciation that people are every organization’s greatest asset. She is passionate about empowering employees to thrive by providing them with a solutions-focused framework and the support they need to flourish.

Early in her career, Jaimie built her expertise in total rewards strategies and programs as well as performance management. She was lucky enough to have mentors who inspired her to confidently pursue this career path. Learning by example in her own career ingrained in her the value of leadership development for other teams.

Jaimie worked in the hospitality environment for about 10 years before transitioning to professional services in 2013. Prior to Delap, Jaimie worked for a Seattle public accounting firm. Born and raised in Ashland, Oregon, she eventually decided to move back to her home state to be closer to family. The industry she came to love as well as the people-centric focus of the firm brought her to Delap.

Outside the office, Jaimie enjoys traveling, hiking with her dog, and reading. Being back in her home state allows her to enjoy frequent weekend visits to see family in Southern Oregon.
