Jennifer enjoys bringing financial clarity to her clients, identifying strategies for tax savings, and helping clients realize their business potential.

As a tax senior manager, Jennifer provides tax planning and compliance services to partnerships and organizations in the real estate and healthcare industries, including multi-residential rentals as well as senior living, assisted living, and long-term care facilities. She is passionate about working closely with her clients, listening to their concerns, and providing succinct solutions.

Born and raised in Portland, Oregon, Jennifer joined the Delap team after completing the post-baccalaureate accounting program at Portland State University. Prior to entering the accounting profession, she worked in the Oregon wine industry where she assisted wineries in obtaining various licenses and managing reporting requirements.

Outside the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters.
