Training: Cancellation and Refund Policies

Refund, Cancellation, and Credit Policy:

Registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment of all applicable fees. All fees are non-refundable.

Cancellations are non-refundable.

For in-person training classes, the registration may be transferred to another student if notice and contact information for the substitute student is provided at least 14 days prior to the event.

Course Schedule Change Policy:

Delap may occasionally find it necessary to reschedule or cancel an event and will give registrants advance notice of such changes. Delap will provide refunds if the class is canceled.

If the class is rescheduled, each student will have the option to receive a refund or to attend the class on the new dates.

Refunds will be returned to company/individual issuing original payment. Refunds are made in the same tender as original payment, i.e:

  • Check or money orders require a check refund;
  • Credit card payments require a credit to the original payer’s same credit card (Visa, MC, etc.)

Delap will not be responsible for penalties incurred as a result of discount airline, hotel, or rental car purchases.

Concern Resolution Policy:

Delap strives to provide competent, professional product and service offerings and is committed to resolving concerns. Should a problem or concern arise, it may be directed to Delap management through the following methods:
